Fee Disclosure

All fees will be disclosed through:

• Loan Estimate (LE) form
• Closing Disclosure (CD) form
• Written fee agreements
• Verbal explanation of costs

Rate and Term Limitations

Rate Locks

• Interest rates are subject to daily market changes
• Rate locks are available for specified periods
• Lock extensions may incur additional fees
• Expired locks may require re-pricing

Loan Approval

• Pre-qualification is not a loan approval guarantee
• Final approval depends on lender underwriting
• Loan terms may change during underwriting
• Applications may be denied for various reasons
